Return & Exchange Policy:
At Innerglow, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, we follow a strict hygiene and quality policy.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount paid is non-refundable.
2. Size Exchange Policy
If you receive the product and there is a size issue, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for size exchange:
* The product must be unused and unworn.
* The product must be in its original packaging.
* Tags, labels, and all accessories must be attached.
* The exchange request must be made within 7 days.
3. Damaged or Torn Product
If the lingerie item is received damaged, torn, or defective, it can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged product exchange, the customer must provide:
* Clear pictures or video of the damaged product.
* Order number or purchase details.
* Complaint within 7 days of receiving the order.
4. Exchange Only, No Refund
In case of size issues or damaged products, we only offer exchange. Refunds are not available in any case.
5. Hygiene Conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, exchange will not be accepted if the product has been:
* Used or worn
* Washed
* Damaged by the customer
* Returned without original packaging
* Reported after 7 days
6. Delivery Charges
Exchange delivery charges may apply and will be communicated to the customer before processing the exchange.
7. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and product details.
(Innerglow reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange conditions.)
