Orders & Payments

Please provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address. Innerglow may cancel any order due to stock issues, wrong pricing, or suspicious activity.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, holidays, or other delays. Innerglow is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect customer details.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged only in case of size issue or damaged/torn product, within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds in any case. Eligible products will only be exchanged.
